People buy into the Dominant and Submissive so why not Alpha and Beta? It's practically the same thing in my opinion

 

Again that's my opinion but that's the joy of an opinion it won't affect you and yours won't affect me, but can I ask what difference between dominant and Alpha do you see?

 

Humans are far more complex than any made up hierarchy, lol. Domination and submission are not the same at all, it's one facet of a person's life (usually sex life) whereas people slap alpha and beta on folks as a general descriptor to describe their perceived level of "manliness". You can't really equate the two when many people consider being "beta" an insult, unless you also consider being submissive an insult. It's also often rooted in ideas of masculinity that are extremely toxic.

 

I'm an Alpha who desires other Alphas where all possibilities are exactly what they wanted, willing to explore the upper stratosphere of sexual limits!

 

I do agree that it's usually attributed with "manliness" or beta as an "insult" but the origin of Alpha and Beta were never meant to be that, our society has twisted what was once a powerful word into meaning something that comes across as a label. I think we can both agree that either way in both dominant and alpha that society has taken the real meaning away and giving new meaning to both
